Baked Sturgeon
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a metal baking pan with the butter. Spread a generous amount of mayonnaise on both sides of the fish. Roll fish in cracker meal flavored with the lemon pepper. Place fish in the baking pan. Lay a piece of foil loosely over the top of pan and place in the oven. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until cooked. Serves 4. |
