Description:
The boat ramp has a moderate grade and is located on a section of the river with a moderate current. The end of the ramp goes into the water about two feet. The right lane of the ramp has received heavy deposits of sand and gravel. This site is between Buck Island Park and the Skykomish River Centennial Park. With both parks, visitors can use softball fields, lawn areas, barbecue grills, picnic tables and a picnic shelter. No overnight parking or camping permitted in the access area. No designated disabled parking.

 

Directions:
In Monroe, S on Lewis St (SR203) to just before crossing Skykomish River, then turn R and go down asphalt drive along bridge; the WDFW Access Site is on the right; the boat ramp is on left at entrance to the parking lot
